LES MISÉRABLES SCHOOL EDITIONThank you for your interest in auditioning for our 2025 youth show Les Misérables School Edition. Cast must be aged between 12 and 18 at the start of the rehearsal period in order to audition. Main cast ages 12-18: You must be 12 on the first day of rehearsals and must be 18 on the last performance. No exceptions. 3 younger cast members are needed for the smaller roles of Young Cosette, Young Eponine and Gavroche (from the age of 7) |
The times of the auditions are: Tuesday 4th February
Saturday 8th February 09h30 - 11h00 (For Young Cosette, Eponine & Gavroche) 11h45 - 13h15 14h00 - 15h30 15h45 - 17h15 Sunday 9th February 09h30 - 11h00 (For Young Cosette, Eponine & Gavroche) 11h45 - 13h15 14h00 - 15h30 15h45 - 17h15 You will need to sign up for one of these times. Call Backs if needed Tuesday 11th February 19h00-21h00 Rehearsals begin Saturday 7th June 2025. Performances from 29th - 31st August 2025. Rehearsals take place at GAOS HQ; Performances at Theatre de Marens. |

Audition Sign Up
In order to audition, please follow these steps:
1. Download and read the audition pack containing all the information you need for your audition including links to audition material, a list of the roles and a detailed rehearsal schedule. Additional audition materials can be found here.
2. Fill out the audition form with your parent or guardian with your details and select an audition time (maximum of 10 people per slot). A provisional rehearsal schedule can be found here.
3. Prepare the chorus song, plus one song and one reading (if auditioning for a principal role).
Please note you do not have to be a GAOS member in order to audition. If cast, your parent/guardian will be required to join (if under 18) or you must join yourself (if aged 18).
